On July Ist, 2018, Masayuki Kurokawa, World-renowed architect and industrial designer visited Xiongan New Area to learn the charm of "future city" and the natural scenery of Baiyangdian. In addition, Masayuki Kurokawa advised Xiongan "Four One" Project and injected top design power.

How can I introduce Mr.Masayuki Kurokawa, world-renowed architect industrial designer, DaVinci in Japanese design field, the representitive for creating the new era of Japanese aechitect and industry, but when you meets the master, you are attracted by his charm and forget these titles.

Mr.Masayuki Kurokawa has cooperated with Shenzhen Industrial Design Profession Association (SIDA), and recently he served as a jury of 5th Shenzhen International Industrial Design Fair 2017 and gave a speech in international industrial design summit forum with the theme "Future Design" . For this time, Masayuki Kurokawa will start a new deep cooperation to inject top international design power for development in Xiongan New Area.

Although this is the first time when Masayuki Kurokawa came to Hebei, his works has been learnt by local people. On April 26th, Hebei Industrial Design Innovation Center (HIDC) was unveiled and the first international industrial design exhibition hall was also opened. For solo exhibition of international design master, 27 pieces of works are exhibited. Through classic cases, the design power with high quality is displayed to inspire young designers to remember why you started and to forge ahead to create good design works.

Some of Kurokawa's works are also collected by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Denver Museum.

On July 2nd, Kurokawa, Liu Haijin who is the director of k&k, Shirley Feng who is executive vice-president and secretary=general of Shenzhen Industrial Design Profession Association (SIDA) discussed on "Four One" Project, and Kurokawa provided lots of professional suggestions.

Xiongan "Four One" Project are Hebei International Industrial Design Week, Xiongan International Design Competition, Xiongan International Design Ecological City and Xiongan Industrial Design Research Institute. Kurokawa said that the part and whole of design, the harmony between design and surrounding environment are the key for Xiongan "Four One" Project. In order to learn local culture, they visited Baiyangdian and Yang Bingjun reed painting art gallery. Like West Lake of Hangzhou, Baiyangdian of Xiongan New Area is the largest lake in Hebei Province with special nature scenery, which is called as the "Pearl of North China", it is known as "the kidney of North China"
