Leather Lampshade is an old metal industrial lamp. Leather Lampshade is used instead of metal cover, so that it is portable and foldable, and easy to transport. In the making process, the leather is covered on the metal net by human, therefore,  women in the local red light district of Mumbai are employed for processing, and some of the profit is returned to the foundation to support the English learning for the local teenagers.
