From 2000 to 2003, he was the chief designer of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. In 2003, he founded Shenzhen Rone Industrial Design Technology Co., Ltd. In 2008, Rone and G’Five reached a strategic cooperation, responsible for product planning and project implementation. He hosted model planning and development of more than 30 functional mobile phones, setting a output record of 7 million units for a single model shipmentat the time. In 2009, he established the notebook divisionin cooperation with G’FIVE to lead the design and mass production of models of notebook series. In 2010, he was responsible for the overall planning and implementation of 3G products, and built the overall architecture and resource chain for the development of the whole G’FIVE intelligent machines, and established a project development model for increasing the supply chain platform by the project team of business division . In 2011, he established an original design brand: Rone Intelligent Product, trying to commercial mode of design brand. In 2013, he participated in maker acceleration and maker ecological chain and began to maker innovation project acceleration. He led the team to win Japanese G-mark international award in 2010, which was the first team wining Japanese G-mark international award; and he led the team to win G-mark, Red Dot, iF, The best of the best of Red Star and other awards with the same series and Golden Pin Design Award.
