Relevant policies on supporting industrial design enterprises in Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone

1.Encourage enterprises of Shijiazhuang Hi-tech Zone to purchase industrial design service. High-tech Zone Finance Bureau has funded to set up Industrial Design Innovation Voucher of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone. The annual quota of 10 million yuan is used to encourage enterprises with industrial design innovation needs in the support area to purchase product design services from professional design agencies. (Industrial design innovation voucher management measures will be formulated separately)

2.Encourage industrial design enterprises and institutional headquarters to enter the high-tech zone. If the industrial and commercial and taxation relations of the design enterprises or institutional headquarters outside the district are moved to the high-tech zone, the district finance shall grant subsidies to the enterprise or institutions' platform construction, participation in exhibitions and personnel training for five consecutive years. The principle of subsidy quota shall not exceed the total income of local tax revenue of the high-tech zone in the current year.

3.Encourage industrial design professionals to work or start a business in the high-tech zone. For all kinds of industrial design professionals who work in high-tech zone or meet the conditions for talent green card issuance in the high-tech zone, in addition to enjoying the green card policy of high-tech zone, their rent subsidy will increase by 30% on the basis of the talent green card policy standard.
