On August 11, a lecture about industrial design was held in Shijiazhuang, and Deng Peiran who is the deputy mayor of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government emphasized that industrial design could bring revolution for enterprises. Each departments taking part in this lecture should study carefully. Considering the industrial competitiveness, the companies made breakthrough in industrial design to transform the industry and improve the products, contributing the economic development.

The two themes of the lecture are “Transformation Driven by Design” and “Nordic Design”, and some designers interpreted the content relating to industrial design.

In the future, Hebei and Shenzhen will development cooperation in many fields, such as design communication, industry matchmaking, talents training, exhibition, forum, sharing international resources, design innovation base construction and so on.
